Art Therapy

Groups & Events

Psychotherapy, or talk therapy, is an opportunity for people to discuss their thoughts, feelings and explore ideas about themselves. Through support of a licensed professional and a safe and non-judgmental environment, individuals can develop insight and a deeper awareness of how they relate, interact and engage in the world around them.

Private sessions for individuals or sessions for companions/friends/family members are available in 50 or 75 minute increments.

Open art groups are currently being formed and will begin in October, 2024. All art supplies are included, registration is required. Please use the “Contact” form to request more information and updated status of group offerings.
